We are back in Sacramento to have the countertop installed. They will come out tomorrow to measure and make a template.
We are not in the same spot as last time. We are in the back next to the race track. There is just a road and a fence separating us and the race track. Top bad they aren't having races. We are not next to the dog park this time so we hope the dogs will be quieter (so far Porter is all wound up).
Here is another one of the joys of RV life. We pulled in here and I noticed that the 2 trailer tires on the driver side were real close together. I looked underneath an it looks like the suspension system has a problem. The piece that sits between the 2 leaf springs is tilted up and hitting the frame. I am pretty sure that it shouldn't do that. I have a call in to a mobile RV guy to come and look at it.
Last Sunday was the big rain storm. Napa had over 5 inches in one day. We thought we would be flooded out. Here is the field next to the trailer.
That big lake is supposed to be a field. In fact, that was where Bottle Rock was held back in September. That last picture shows the same field after the water went down on Tuesday. It took that long for them to pump the water out.
Here are some pictures from around the fair grounds. Mostly, it's left over stuff from Bottle Rock.
They like murals at the fairgrounds. Only only one of the buildings was finished though. The rest were just the outlines.
That's enough for today. I will have more to talk about as we try to get ready for a trip to The Netherlands to see Jodi, Shelby, and Runa. I will have to add a whole new section of the website for those pictures.
